One can zoom in and out of the graph by clicking on the canvas then use your mouse wheel or fingers (mac) to zoom in and out. You can "pull" the nodes around by selecting a node with your mouse pointer, hold down the button and then move the node around. You can move the entire graph around by clicking on the canvas (hold the buttom down) and move your mouse. For large graphs, you can "untangle" them by pulling nodes around. Sometimes it is interesting to zoom out and then "reload" the current data... Clicking on a node should highlight all edges that connect to it.
